TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
1.1 This advertisers agreement (“the Agreement”) is made between
Capital Accommodation (“us”) and the Advertiser (“You”).
1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms
and Conditions and agree to them.
1.3 You agree to Capital Accommodation publishing your advert details on
our group web sites.
2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 You have the legal right to advertise the property.
2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. Capital Accommodation does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the
information supplied and cannot be held liable.
2.3 You will pay the full advert fee (where applicable) before the advert will
be published.
2.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the
advert. Capital Accommodation will not be held liable for breach of copyright.
2.5 Only one property may appear in each advert.
2.6 You will be responsible for the content of your advert.
2.7 The use of this facility must comply with current legislation where applicable.
The following is totally prohibited and the consequences of any such action
will be your responsibility:
a. The publication of any offensive, obscene or indecent images, data or other
material, or any data capable of being resolved into obscene or indecent images
or material;
b. The publication of material, which is designed or likely to cause annoyance,
inconvenience or needless anxiety;
c. The publication of defamatory material;
d. The publication of material such that this infringes the Intellectual Property
Rights of another person.
2.8 Users' IP addresses are logged for the purposes of security.
3. Our Responsibility
3.1 We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the Capital Accommodation web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site
‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
3.2 We will remove any indecent and inappropriate material as soon as it comes
to our attention and will pass on any liability to the person or persons responsible.
4. Refunds
4.1 You may cancel this contract simply by deleting your advert by logging on
to you’re Capital Accommodation account.
4.2 No refund will be made after you have submitted a listing.
4.3 Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of advertising
fee received.
